All cheats work for PS2 - Wii - XBOX 360 game systems! All you have to do is type them in correctly.
I finally came across some cheats for Guitar Hero 3. Check em out. If you know of any other ones leave them in the comments and I will add them.
Enter all Cheats into the cheat menu.
Key:
Y = Yellow
B = Blue
O = Orange
G = Green
R = Red
( ) = Letters in Parentheses are to be hit at the same time when entering cheats.

oboyoboy = hyper speed there are 4 lvs of intensity its just insane check it out. Also, strum down on each note to put it in correctly

makes the notes bar go away. the display for what notes to play next the thing that shows the notes coming down the screen
thats performance mode
precision mode makes it so you have to hit the notes in the circle as precisely as possible

i tried it in ps3 i tried the cheat named “unlock all” and dont happen anything i didnt know if iam doing it wrong or something i need help how i can do this.. the others cheats work good
u just need to know what you are hitting and u need really really fast and flexible fingers

In the list of cheats for instance what does the underscore in “unlock everything” CHEAT MEAN? and can u still get the achievements? for xbox 360
Yea you still get achevments
Precision mode is actually unlock all songs
Precision mode is actually GR, GR, GR, RY, RY, RB, RB, YB, YO, YO, GR, GR, GR, RY, RY, RB, RB, YB, YO, YO. It makes the timing 100% accurate so it’s harder to hit notes. Personally I find it easier.

does the “unlock all shop” cheat get you the xbox 360 achivement?

for some reason i can’t do slow ride on hard but i can do paint it black and when you were young and cliffs of dover!!!

I can t put in Unlock everything it wont except the notes with 4 colors. What do I do?
nick if it dont make a sound does not mean it is not working when u strum 4 coulors in the cheat menu it makes no sound!!!!!!

as for the cheats some work and some dont..
you should go through them yourself and test em.
personally i finished the game as much as i possibly could before using them..
which was on hard and up to lou and a did the first 5 sections on expert.
anyway..
are the cheats meant for one platform or something cause yea they dont all work on ps2..
gh3 is an awesome game it is better than the others. most of the codes tok me a while to do but they are awesome. i like the cheats myself.im almost done with the game. it is easy thanks for the codes.

NOTE-ALL cheats work people. It depends on how you put them in(speed rate). So you have to practice them a lot then get it right.

Just keep trying them till you get them. Some can be hard at first.

The Bret Micheals singer cheat is only for 360 and PS3 on any other platform it will not work

I know its a little late for most..but for those who are just finding this site and cheats…there is no bret michaels cheat for ps2. It is replaced with the large gems cheat. I dont care who tries to argue this with me..Ive done my research. Kiss my ass if you dont believe!! You can try a hundred times and bret wont be on your ps2 cheats. deal with it.
