Guitar hero 3 is the most awesome game ever! i played it last night for $ hours straight

Just purchased GH3 for play station 2. Bought the second guitar ( wireless) but there is no sound on player 2.
Can someone help?

no sound for player 2? I thought if there were 2 players you guys would be playing the same song.

Ahhhh i was just playing a second ago and i think i figured out what your problem is dio.

Are you playing with a tv and only have one of the audio plugs plugged in (either red or white)?

If so thats it. On 2 player the sound is in stereo seperated into the left and the right speakers. If only 1 audio plug is plugged in then you will only hear one side of the sound.

You either need a tv with both red and white inputs or you can buy a little adapter that will let you plug both plugs in and combine them to a single plug. Very inexpensive also.

I would love to see a GH 1 and 2 expansion for the Wii.

What song is the one that plays on the menu and sounds like that fight scene from kill bill. I know it isn’t much to work with but you’ll know what im talkin about if you’ve seen the movie.

Seriously, why don’t they release the songs from GH1 and 2 for GH3 for the Wii. I’d buy them in a heartbeat. After getting through the game on easy and medium, i’m less interested in increasing my mad skillz and more interested in playing some more/better songs. How can it be “legends of rock” without any Hendrix or Zepplin? 1 Who song (and frankly not a great one). C’mon!

They really need to release more than these lame 3 packs. I gotta imaging that porting the earlier versions of songs to the new game wouldn’t be that tuff.

AJ, that song is likely Monsters by Matchbook romance. Unlockable with co-op career, or by using the cheats. ;p
