I’ll limit it to 5 since I can think of so many.
These range easiest to hardest:

1. Needled 24/7 by Children of Bodom
2. Inferno by Symphony X
3. Painkiller by Judas Priest
4. Aesthetics of Hate by Machine Head
5. Bedlam 1-2-3 by Exodus (this would be my dream for the final song )

And I agree with the guy who said have a battle at the end of every tier. Here are 8 guys I’d love to face:

Battle vs. Angus Young
Battle vs. Gary Holt
Battle vs. Dave Mustaine
Battle vs. Alexi Laiho
Rematch vs. Slash (because there definitely MUST be a GN’R song )
Battle vs. Glenn Tipton
Battle vs. Billie Joe Armstrong (gotta include someone modern, I guess, and he’s as good a choice as any)
Battle vs. God of Rock (adds continuity from the GH3)

Also, system exclusive unlockable characters should return. Kratos for PS3, Master Chief for Xbox 360, and Mario for Wii please.

3. Soundeffects and Overdramatics - The Used
4. To Be Loved - Papa Roach
5. Ex’s And Oh’s - Atreyu
6. Blow me Away - Breaking Benjamin
7. The Crimson - Atreyu
8. YYZ - Rush (from GH 2)
9. Torture Me - Red Hot Chili Peppers
10. Not Afraid to Die - Pain
11. This is How it Goes - Billy Talent
12. Son Of A Plunder - Disturbed
13. Trashed and Scattered - Avenged Sevenfold (Would be great as a final/encore track)
14. The Flame of Youth - Dragonforce (Give us more Dragonforce madness!)

Some of these songs may be too easy, but most of them would fit perfectly in Guitar Hero 4 in my opinion!

Also put Herman Li and/or Sam Totman from Dragonforce as bosses!
